Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship from and which areas do you serve?
A: All orders are processed through our operations office in Texarkana, Arkansas. We currently ship within the United States only. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders $80 and above within the United States. For orders below $80, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies. There are no hidden fees.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time consists of the following parts:
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 4 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 11 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
A: If the return is due to a product defect or damage, we cover the cost. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: You must first contact us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Do not send items back without prior authorization.
Products & Quality
Q: Will the product look exactly the same as the images?
A: Our chess sets are crafted from natural wood, so each piece has unique grain patterns and color variations. These are characteristic wood grain patterns.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review your case and arrange a suitable resolution promptly.
