Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
At RoyalChessSet, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our premium wooden chess sets. This policy ensures a transparent and fair process for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window & Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unplayed in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and protective materials.
- Chess sets must include all pieces and components without exception.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
Step 2: Receive your RMA number and specific return instructions.
Step 3: All authorized returns must be shipped to our designated returns facility. After your RMA is approved, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address in your confirmation email.
Note: Please do not send items back to the sender address on the box without an RMA.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover 100% of return shipping costs. Clear photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
We believe in full pricing transparency. All approved returns are subject to a $0.00 Restocking Fee Policy. No hidden deductions will be made.
Refund Timeline
Once received, inspections are completed within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
