Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses due to carrier limitations and the protective packaging requirements of our premium products.

We maintain a fully transparent shipping structure:

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (Central Time, CT) – Monday to Friday.
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 4 – 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 – 11 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active in the carrier’s system (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL).
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. RoyalChessSet is not responsible for delays or missing packages caused by incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
We carefully package all products to ensure maximum protection. However, if your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.
